Other currencies shown are for reference only and item total will be calculated based on the HKD.
There may be discrepancies to the amount due to Exchange Rates or other reasons at the time of purchase.
Production and required time
Your ordered items are made to the order at a variety of locations. Please allow 3-5 business days for item production.
Production and delivery Times may vary.
Item will be delivered to the selected pick up point when production is completed.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations

Due to the fact that these items are made to the order, there will not be refunds, returns or cancellations except for production defects or delivery errors.
However, in case of defects or delivery errors, please contact us within 5 days after delivery by email cs@fukurojapan.com along with your message, photos of the item along with the order number. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
